FLOUR BLENDS

 Mr. Ritt's All Purpose Flour Blend - This is one of the best basic white flour blends around, with an excellent reputation in the Celiac community. With a cup for cup replacement of all purpose wheat flour, it is the preferred flour for delicate baking of pastries, cookies, quick breads and in savory cooking for soups, stews, gravies and dumplings. It's neutral flavor does not alter the taste of your family recipes. It works well in most recipes with the exception of yeast risen breads.  Ingredients: white rice flour. potato starch, tapioca starch and xanthan gum.

Mr.Ritt's Buckwheat Flour Blend - This flour blend works well to add nutrition to baked goods that can stand up to the stronger flavor of the buckwheat flour. It's a better choice for pizza crusts, breads and stronger flavored baked goods.  It replaces cup for cup in cookie, brownies and nut breads etc. Many of our customers prefer it's slightly nutty flavor and the lighter texture it adds to the recipe.
Ingredients: light buckwheat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch and xanthan gum.

Mr. Ritt's Buttermilk Waffle Mix
- This mix was developed for our in house waffles which was a mainstay of our business for many years. Can be made as Pancakes and Waffles or used diluted as a tempura mix.  The variations are limited only to your imagination. The most popular variations being Blueberry, Apple Cinnamon and Chocolate Chip.
Ingredients: Mr. Ritt's all purpose flour blend, buttermilk powder,sugar,corn-free baking powder, (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda,potato starch, monohydrate ), salt.
